(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've seen people with like 28 million hp on their cars and I can only go up to 100000 hp... Does anyone know how to do this?

Probably multiple tuning parts stacked.

What's the point having 28 million BHP anyway? You lose audio @ 700km/h/435mph, and it's just stupid...

Around 0000E960/0000E960, search for 28 00 00 00 64. Change the first set of 00's to FF, encrypt and load into your PS3. Boom, 255 x base BHP.

already did that but I have 100000 hp
