When you look at the Blob in this way, you have '38' 4-byte 'Parts' grouped together as the objects they are.
If you have a better method that will allow us all communicate with a common point of reference please share.
An offset is a distance, the 0x04A5 you're talking about it a part ID.
This thread is about the layout of the blob, not part IDs
i.e. for brakes;
Offset: 0xA0
Length: 4 bytes
Description: Brakes
Notes:
if you go a distance 0xA0 bytes from the origin, you land at the first byte for the brakes.
It is length four bytes. And the bytes go in the rightmost position here.
