no it's not, swapping chassis is the only way to make tires poke out.

Yes it is, unfortunately for you though, no I can't say where a tut is. It's not hard at all though.

So's NGAF but anyway, meaning of the post is to tell people it is possible, I don't know of any tut's for it but it is very possible.

If by changing it he means like others have said swapping Camaro rims and the like on other cars then yes, changing the actual rim it self not sure has been done.

edit: ROFL tbo. I just love that they'd probably never find something right under their noses.
