Well technically yes, but you would have to model the car first, then assign it a hex value and rewrite the disk so that it is included in the game. It would be pointless though because it would not show up for anyone but yourself and might freeze up lobbies. I personally do not know all the technical parts on how this is done, but it is possible considering it has happened to need for speed games for years now. Doubtful that anyone on NGU knows how to go to such an extent to add a car to a PS3 game thought.

no, you cannot create a model of a car that's not in gt5. the charger sedan model is not in the game so it cannot be made. the best you can do is detune an srt8 challenger and call it the r/t.
