Why don't you figure it out yourself rather than begging like a dog?

I found out how! First, you must bring your save file to your computer and open it in HxD. Then replace the whole line at E980 with FF's. Encrypt it, transfer it back to your PS3, and enjoy your tinted windows and HID lights! (Change the values for different colors)

Don't forget to make a backup!
