I've found body codes for the Evora TC, NSX Type R RM, LFA Moderated, and Swift TC. I've tried changing the default paint body code, still just freezes at GT Auto. Any ideas?

The hex data exists but the content on the disc was never added. This is what I'm thinking they did to save space. Plus what you say just proves that Sony pushed GT5's release and it really is not a finished game.

Almost positive you are correct. If I save after swapping body code without going to GT Auto I can enter a lobby. If I try to go to track with any combination of regulations it says "Evora TC can only be used with other cars of the same regulation". I haven't tried the same with the others but I'm assuming they will do the same. The really odd part is, you can't sell the car or delete it from garage until you put the stock body code back on. Also, if I get in to one of them, my log says "changed to no such car"

Yeah that's really strange, too bad PD was rushed. We would have had some really awesome cars!
