Simply, I'm wondering if I could swap just the lights from the pace car onto another car or adding the blue neon lights from the Blitz Dunlop car thing to another car. I'm assuming that's all tied to the chassis/body of the car much like the two-tone paint on Bugattis.


on another note(though I think I already know the answer) has anyone successfully painted the Pace car? I tried... didnt work
