The PS3's XMB menu shows the mic is working fine and it has also been confirmed by my friends. The only way I can hear them is if I change the "TRITTON AX PRO" option in the output menu to "default device" but sounds crappy and i am unable to alter the game chat volume.. they was working fine until i used them on the xbox... any suggestions?

Xbox broke your headset, Goodfight. haha just kidding, but I have no clue. All I can recommend is rechecking your wiring and everything and be 100% that they are hooked up correctly and your ps3 settings are still correct. If they still aren't working, your product may be faulty. goodluck with them
