I have found a way to get cars with around 4000hp after the patch. I have not yet found a way to chassis swap or engine swap cars but what i can do for now is make cars that can go over 400mph after the patch.

I figured it out too, you have to multiply the parts to make them now. I had one hacked survivor it was the NSX with the exhaust and engine stages multiplied.

That's cool, we need a good tutorial on how to do it because it is kind of confusing and I still don't fully understand everything involved with multiplying parts.
