no point of doeing that, mods will be reset if you install update. if you want to keep modding, don't install update. you can find a few save on this forum...

i'm talking about after 2.12, i don't care about super modded, i just want 30k bhp and shit, just cool looking cars.

You clearly stated 'AFTER 2.21', whatever 2.21 is. Make up your mind. After 2.12, your cars will be reset. Before 2.12, do it yourself. Simple as that.
