(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have been trying to reproduce the BA challenge glitches for some time now and I'm getting a bit frustrated. I saw how to do it from some forums on here and other sites. This is what I did.

1. deleted all dlc's + add on content from ps3.
2. created a new character and uploaded to gibbed's v155
3. placed character in ps3 mode and began editing weapons, items etc and changed level to 1337.
4. uploaded the character to ps3 and disabled internet and signed out.
5.began the game and noticed that the health of the character was roughly the amount of health a normal lvl 61 character would have. The health was not negative nor did it cycle through the "heal plz" challenges.

I dont understand what went wrong because I followed the advice of various users. I even went the extra mile to back up my profile onto a thumb stick and deleted it off the ps3 to see if maybe the profile data could have possibly retained a patch that none of us knew about. this still didn't work.

The only thing I have not tried is
1. playing the game entirely legit without uploading and modding to gibbed's to see if the challenge glitch comes up on its own. {maybe gibbed's places some part of the later patches???}
2. used a disk version of the game as I have the digital download from psn.

If anyone has any advice into what is going on I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, for those of you trolls that are anti-modding or hacking but for some reason spend all day lurking on hacking and modding forums please just go drink whatever you find under your kitchen sink. I bought the game, i played over 250 hrs legit on it and i can do whatever i want with my own game...so eat it.

I have no idea why it's not working for me. I already deleted everything that is not the actual bootable game. i read a few places that the glitches work on a rollback system after you reach 2 billion or so points in that challenge it resets and glitches. im going to try the saves you posted here but I feel like it might be something linked to my profile data.

Ok so I tried both characters and I could not get the glitch to occur.

I was playing on all three levels {normal TVHM and UVHM} and the glitches would not pop up on either character. I tried using my ps3 in the bedroom and it wouldn't work on that one either. What i do know is that

1. my golden keys {10} are still there even after I delete my profile data, all patches, all dlc and all other game saves after i backed them up on a thumb drive. It seems that there is some data left over that is not included in the patches in game data, profile data or dlc's I even deleted the game to see if I could reinstall it without downloading the dlcs again or patches so my next is going to be to download the game. move the saves you gave me to the ps3 and disable internet connectivity so that any hot fixes or patches do not come through This is getting frustrated because i have tried everything everyone has posted and it seems not to work only for me. I'm also going to try to rent the disk version of the game from gamefly to see if that does anything.

what kind of ps3 are you using? I'm using the super slim ps3-4000. I don't know if that makes a difference but i do find it weird that i still have all the golden keys i had before even after deleting all data that has the name "borderlands" on it, now even including the actual game itself

Ok so I finally found out what was up with me not being able to challenge glitch. It seems either 2k or Gearbox were really sneaky and included either a patch in a purchasable skin {unlikely} or in the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade DLC. Even after you delete all your patches through the game data the patch still stays on and "permapatches" your profile data or the actual game itself {obviously the digital download before I get a sarcastic and uneducated troll}. this is what I did to circumvent it.

1.) Deleted EVERYTHING with the name Borderlands 2 including all saves and profile data, game data etc. {I backed up all backable data on a thumb stick before I tried this.
2.) Redownloaded ONLY the Borderlands 2 game without any dlc's.
3.) Once it was downloaded and installed, I disabled internet connection and started up the game.
4. Tried the AFK character and even before claptrap started talking i could hear Maya cycling through the challenges.

I'm not entirely sure if the patch was still on the game through the profile data or somewhere hidden while tied to the actual bootable game. For anyone having similar issues just follow these steps.

What really gave it away was the amount of keys I had before trying the glitch and the health mod not changing the character's health. It seems you have to delete everything including the actual game and then redownload or put the disk in without internet for this to work now. I just hope any future patches dont put a raise cap on BA rank that level us all out now that i finally got this **** working.
