u could try buying a new one then full upgrade it with all upgrades including the LSD (for some reason in certain cars LSD makes u lose a lot of hp) then hex the FFFFFFFF code after it's fully tuned already, when u tune cars after they've been fully upgraded they also seem to lose some hp. Then power limit it to 50% in engine tune settings. Works for most cars or could try doing FFFFFFFF for upgrades other than the turbo like exhaust, engine tune, ecu etc.

Also if all else fails doing it the old hex way through BruteForce if you enter C8 D8 in the exhaust code (should be on or near line 0000E970) but everyones save is slightly different but this may give u the hp you're after.

everything in garage editor didnt work ima try bruteforce way with the exhaust code ill let you know what happens.

I've attached an image hyperlink for a different car I just did. The red writing is what I added, don't copy line 0000E8CO on screenshot cause it will give you loads of hp (this is the turbo code, not what you're after.) Line 0000E970 is the exhaust code is where the C8 D8 is on the particular car I did. You should be able to work it out for any car using the screenshot.

Note that everyone's saves are slightly different as are cars depending on their type so you have to work out where your code needs to go.

Just swap engines with something elce man like ummm i dont know, a Bugatti Veyron or a Le Mans car...

that doesn't work for 2.12 sooo....
