(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Right, just gonna cut straight to it - I'm trying to mod TBOGT, but no menu that I've tested works, if it's compatible with GTAIV and TBOGT, it works on GTAIV but not TBOGT.. It's very strange.

The method I've used for editing files on TBOGT are, downloading on OFW, data transferring to CFW (it's not activated so I can't test to see if the mods work immediately as the DLC is not showing up on CFW) modding the files, data transferring back to OFW, activating it via Playstation store and then going to check if they work.

I've tried several different menu's (Pinkhouse edits, original and 1 mod manager) but they all fail.. It's not the region of the files or anything because they work on GTAIV sometimes.. My region is BLES-00229

Was wondering if anyone has the answer to this or anything? Also using one of the menu's makes the loading screen for TBOGT go on forever.

Do a barrel roll!
for some reasons, if u use the DLC from psn store for the original GTA IV disc version, the update.img in the IV directory must be the original 1.06!

what u can do is:

- find the original 1.06 update.img and replace the modded update.img in IV so that this game is totaly unmodded.
- now you replace the script.img with the modded one in ur TBOGT directory. (sometimes theres a file size limitation for DLC's, make sure the script.img isnt too big (under 4mb, but this is not 100% legit, its just what i remember))
- now datatransfer again to cfw and activate it
- start game and it should be working

I recommend to use the standalone EFLC digital version from PSN-Store. There are no file size limitation and u can mod easier. good luck

Little update, I've tried 1 menu and it's working, but not any directory/PS3 issue, I didn't realise that on some menu's, you need to dial 663 on your phone in singleplayer before you go online and start modding, to test, I was just going onto singleplayer and pressing every button, and if it didn't come up with anything, I would try to get another menu. FYI, the menu that worked for me was MrOkras Mod Loader v1.2 (Fixed) and now so does SpiritModders menu Smile.

Thanks for your reply Schnitt Smile May help me incase I have anymore problems while testing different menu's.
