I would like to get my hands on a Program that i can use for GTA 4 on the ps3 [DOWNLOADED edition] so i can mod cars and get real cars from the internet, just like the pc version.

There are no tools for this type of modding. it all must be done by coding it yourself, Also you cannot import your own cars on the PS3 version of GTA

yeah on the ps3 it isnt like on the pc, everything you mod on the ps3 version of gta all the objects have to be already in the game, thats why you see people use barges for ramps and airport lamps to provide blue neon

i wish it could be done tho, those military mods, batman mods and stuff look really cool on the pc online...

maybe in the future there will be a more clever way but for now it simply doesnt exist
