theyre is only one car that i know of that will accept engine tune stage 4 & 5 and that is the honda civic '97.

how to install;

-add hidden parts to your save with the editor
-upload savedata to your PS3
-choose the car you want to install hidden parts on
-go to items and try to install the parts you added to your save
