first question; standard or premium camaro? you can paint the car and mayby the stripes will be gone but you can't remove decals with HEX.
second question; you have to delete your "gamedata" and install the updates again but cancel update when game start to download update 23. (i'm not sure if it's 23, it's been a while since a did that but i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong). only when you are on update 2.11, you will be able to use modded cars that have been created on that update.
