its a .jpg file, which is a picture, idk where to put it.

.jpg (Image file)? What are you on about? Your ment to have a .img file!

oh ya, it is a img file. where do i put it?

Open a ftp on ps3, i use multiman.. then on pc open 'Filezilla' and get the ip of ps3 and put it into the 'host' box and click 'quickconnect', now locate too 'hdd0/game/BL#SXXXXX(What ever your gta code is)/USRDIR.. Then on the left hand side find your 'update.img' drag and drop it into the right hand panel and click 'OK' at the overwrite screen, once done.. close it all down and load gta.
