So I have GTA IV mods running, but have a problem with Episodes from Liberty City. How do I get it running internally? I don't have an external drive or a big enough USB

WTH!!! you cant change the patches when you backup u need cfw and for EFLC You need to change the .img files

Yea I have both. A CFW and EFCL. I just can't seem to run it via internal.
