because you can teleport objects , not player models on their own, they have to be escorted by an object like a car, boat, helicopter, motorcycle, just teleport to them, kidnap, teleport back, use shortcut menu for this

When you tp people that arent in cars they dont teleport far

At the moment i still haven't been banned on my OFW, ive been modding for over a month now and doing my level 10 lobby and haven't been banned so no i don't think its a high possibility although its not impossible not to be banned.
