the only thing you need to do is change the 2 FF's behind the bodycode to 74. so XX XX FF becomes XX XX 74.

or you can use Slim's tool or you can Hex the values in if you know where to put them.

There is a way. I put a Supra's high RPM turbo into a lambo and it worked. It even showed the turbo meter on the HUD.
All you do is the 74 in the FF's spot like you would to swap, find the turbo (usually 091D in non-turbo cars) and paste the turbo you want there. Then you have to find the turbo controller location. For me, it starts directly above the offset where I would go to slam a car. For a non-turbo car you should see a row of 00s, and you should start at the first 00. Just paste the controller code and there you go, turbo on a lambo or whatever you want. Controllable, high HP cars without obnoxiously high RPMs.
