(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello,

I have been able to successfully add a supercharger to the car of interest, but the problem is that its now impossible to remove that supercharger in-game.

Basically, I would like to add the supercharger part to a car that the game will not normally allow, and the most important thing is I want it to show up in the parts list for later removable / re-installation.

The car im trying to build is a Honda CR-X SiR '90, with a Honda Integra Typer-R DC5 '04 engine along with the supercharger from a Mazda RX-8 Type S '07.

Any tips?

Cheers

Only way to remove it again is through hex, just FF it out.

If you want to remove it why did you put it there in the first place though? Happy

For a quick fix to your problem, copy settings onto sheet B and then take off the supercharger in hex.

So you have 2 tunes, one with the charger, one without.

It is possible to remove it by installing turbo.

And if you change the installed parts code where SuperCharger is a bit higher the mark will disappear from stock turbo so it's possible to reset even without installing 1,2,3 stage turbos.

Why: The flexibility. I want the car to act like a legit car, that I can tune. I don't always want the supercharger, I just want that option. Perhaps I want it in one race, and not another. Sometimes I might need another 30PP.

The settings sheet swapping method sounds like a good compromise Smile

Yeah razerman, I know it uninstalls if you buy one of the original turbo's, but I was worried that it might completely remove it on all sheets.

But yeah, just use 2 sheets man...

I am error
Just out of curiosity, what is the highest exponential supercharger value?? the largest turbo value is 1443 without getting over 2000hp which is awesome... anyone know?

Ok Winky Winky

Yeah it removes it as you are not allowed to use both. Of course all sheets are unique and have their own settings.

I had a thought.

If I have added a new engine, and a supercharger - and changing setting sheets is meant to remove the supercharger, wouldnt it also remove the new engine? :(

I don't think you can remove engine with part change. Your engine swap should stay. Unless if you copy sheet where the Engine isn't swapped.
