That is the correct thing. Use track without rain if you don't want rain.

That's how it's done! It changes the track settings but won't load new track. That's why everyone can join it. It's also seen as the different track at the lobby list but when they join. It will show the track you made the glitch on.

I've try to get rain on laguna seca and it doesn't work for me.

You just have to be faster I guess. It's not easy to do at the first times.

Easier to do at laggy rooms..
