The PP for a particular car is made up by a bunch of calculations based on various parts added to the car from the base PP. The best thing I can suggest is that you know what PP you want and tune your ride accordingly.

I ask because I have seen a car on you tube, a red bull, with minus PP?

That's just because of the horsepower. Tons of hp with lightweight, aerodynamic car = -pp

LOl. I don't want it for online stuff, just my own gt playing. I finally found the section needed, after making a new, un modified car my current ( could not find it with my red bull selected???) and changed it as shown, reloaded it, and nothing! Has this hack now been cancelled out by updates?
