When i copyed the savegame from my usb in to my ps3 and started playing GT5, it crashed at the GT5 text. Do i have to delete the main savegame? Does the (Backup) savegame automaticly replace the main savegame then and create a new Backup?

Yes. If you delete main save it download automaticly backup save.
But it can be messed too.
