i've spent my whole day figuring it out.
im not a pro or anything, i cant unuderstand hex etc etc.
ive only done simple hybrids such as wingless rb26 s15, 2jz gt86 and a 4rotor rx7
now heres the problem, the ams alpha omega is 1200hp but so far i canot reach past 987 HP even with the super high turbo. ive reached 1400 but i use r390 body and engine, wich when i switch back to the spec v gtr body and engine returns to 987 HP.. i dont want to switch engines to other than nissan v6's, cause the ams alpha omega only uses an upgraded vr38dett (gt-r twin turbo v6 engine)

ive searched everywhere lookin for answers, cant find any.
im on 2.14 and using 1.6 gt5 editor. rarely using slim's 1.3.1 garage editor.
if someone can help me or shed a light (lol) i'd greatly appreciate it.

Sinister posted turbo and controller code which gave something like 1300bhp(with less powerful exhaust you can get closer to what you want) . Just can't remember which thread. It was for black edition btw but when I tried it to normal GT-R it worked the same.

For some reason I have 00001224 in my head but it can be something like stock gt-r turbo code aswell.

Try adding a supercharger as well. Or stage 5 engine tune if you know HxD.

i saw sinister videos on youtube, very clear tutorial. but havnt checked him out on the forums.



im not gonna put a supercharger cause the real one uses a custom turbo kit. i was thinking of having stage 4 and 5 installed, but i cant install them on the specv gtr. i cant use HxD for some reason always fails and ends up messing up, im not good with editing codes and stuff. can i install the stage 4 and 5 engine from slims 1.3.1 editor or the luca 1.6 editor?

okay, found a solution, changed the turbo to FFFFFFF in garage editor, reached the HP i wanted BUT cant upgrade turbo or engine, so i didnt hear any blow off, wich is kinda stupid, and then no exhaust note, for some reason, just engine noise and turbo spooling..

That's what FFF.. Do on turbo cars, so don't use it.

Try to find the post from Sinister. I have one car like that but it's on my backup save as I started GT5 over(ALOT faster now). I can check it but not for a while.

so i just have to find the right code for the turbo? or i saw in another thread to FFFFFFFF the engine tuning, ecu, and turbo. but in stock it already had FFFFFFFF for engine tuning and ECU just the turbo is not FFFFFFFF.

ofc i will try it first, but havnt really had time lol

but i dont know what to do with the codes in bold italic underlined, where do i put them. can i use garage editor? cause im not good with hex, i cant understand it even a bit, and it confuses me, gives me panic attacks (lol okay maybe exagerated that a bit)

Those are the codes

First you need to make sure you have FFFFFFF..line after body ID changed, so the first FF is something between 01-FE(I use 01 but 74 is the one most use). Without this your turbo swaps will reset when you use the car!

Then you can put turbo with garage editor but there is no place for controller so you will need to place it manually. You can try without the controller aswell though.

Sorry for late reply, first of all thankyou so much.. and second what would happen if i didnt put the controller code? will the turbo still work, just without the correct gauge?

Well yeah it will work.

With no controller at all the gauge would be missing but it also controls the power curve.
