This tool will allow you to extract and replace the files inside the vpp file for Saints Row IV.
The files that are inside the vpp file are compressed with zlib or some other form of compression that is unknown at this moment. I just made this tool to simply make everything easier in extracting and replacing the files within the vpp file.

If anyone knows the compression used, please notify me as quickly as possible.
