The server specs:
1Gb/s connection to the internet. So, guess what, the network is not going to lag. (Notice I said connection to the internet, not the LAN.)
SSDs. This means, the server is not going to lag from map saves and loading chunks.
Ram disks: This means the server definitely is not going to lag.
Dual Xeons @ 3.5ghz. This also means, guess what, No lag.
Backups: This means, if all else fails and our physical servers decides to no longer live, we have backups and we will be back up shortly...
Everything is ran 24/7/365. SO, you should learn to expect a server that is always online.
