Horizon: You must login or register to view this content.

First off you need a usb that has more than 1.54 GB on it.
Then configure your usb on your Xbox 360.
When you have that done download the beta here : You must login or register to view this content.
Once the beta has finished downloading, extract it to your desktop.
Next open horizon with your usb in your computer (It should already recognize your usb if you configured it on your 360) Then open Demos on your usb and inject the Battlefield 4 beta.

And thats it! once its done injecting go back to your 360, put your usb in, go into demos and move over to your hard drive!
