isn´t the 370gt chassis not too long??? the r31 has wheelbase of 2615mm! the 370gt have allmost 2850mm...
a better fitment should be one of the focus´, the PT Cruiser or the lancer VIII... maybe the V8 vantage ´99, but could be a bit too wide...

Try the sc430 or the STI '10!

They should fit well and handle decent at the same time.

i was just going off of the chassis fitment post from SnakeBitteni, R31 said to use 370gt chassis, unless theres another one idk

Lol nobody did their homework eh? Not that it matters now but the right chassis for the R31 was the R32
