(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); updated to 2.15 can't use any car tickets or delete them in the items menu. Anyone know why this is?

I've tried a 2.15 save on GE 1.3.1.. Some arbitrary added car ticket worked fine for me.
Maybe you can provide some details on what you've exactly tried?

I have same problem trying to open them or del them. It not do anything at all just goes round in circles and even load backup save it does same ??

oh, I've misunderstood the OP then. I thought it came through adding tickets with Garage Editor.

What do you mean by "goes round in circles"? I don't have the slightest clue what's happening on your screen.
The only way I could think of now is, if you have hex-edited your savegame in a bad way..
Maybe try some even older backups then..

After I updated to 2.15 used a different account started game over added cars with g.e. and credits/license golds everything but car tickets worked when i try to open car delivery it opens then exits to black g.t. screen and back to g.t. life screen. I can only erase a few at a time with g.e. 1.3.1 but still want to be able to add cars and not wait for u.c.d.

Because I'm the really cool guy, I've tried it once again. I've erased all old savegames and started over on 2.15 with a complete fresh savegame which was genuinely built by GT5. I've added 8 arbitrary car tickets (with GE 1.3.1) to this savegame:

aem s2000, dealer colour 0
bmw mclaren f1 gtr race car, dealer colour 0
bmw 2002 turbo, all dealer colours (overall 4 tickets)
cadillac cien concept, dealer colour 0
saleen s7, dealer colour 2

Guess what? All of them worked fine when it came down to redeem them. Which kind of makes me proud once again concerning GE 1.3.1 :yes:

So, any chance you're adding some revoked cars or performing other harry potter style magic (with a hex editor) on your savegame?
The only way I've seen GT5 to go wild with gift car tickets like you describe, is to add tickets with invalid dealer colours or (even worse behaviour) invalid ticket names or whatnot. But that's nothing GE 1.3.1 will do for you unless you choose to tamper around with other tools..

AFAIK, the gift car ticket system and the according dealer colours in GE 1.3.1 are somewhat rock solid. There would be a reliable way for PD to trash GE1.3.1 created gift car tickets, but they haven't chosen to do so.

If you're sure you haven't added some revoked cars or invalid dealer colours on other cars, upload your savegame somewhere where I can download it with a single click (without registering and whatnot) and drop me a PM..

not very computer savy. How would I go about uploading my savegame. also don't think I did anything but just add the tickets. Not trying to say its g.e. because anything else I've done with g.e. works if it's my game i'll start over again.

AFAIK, these pages provide even guides to upload your savegame. ZIP your savegame folder into one ZIP file or something like that and upload it. Then drop me a PM with a link to it.

If my instructions are to short sightened and you don't understand them, maybe ask someone else to help you with this. ATM, I don't want to take the time to teach you through the process of uploading files somewhere on the internet.
I'm really busy with a lot of stuff. And I'm already convinced that your faulting tickets are not GE 1.3.1's fault but something else
