So if your premium is still saying its preorder and won't let you download it then heres what i did:

Delete all Battlefield 4 Game Data, it doesn't matter about Save Data.

Delete the PlayStation Store (press triangle on it and delete).

Restart PS3.

Turn it back on and start Battlefield 4.

Instal the patch and the game data.

Once installed at the Battlefield 4 menu screen click Premium, then go to the start tab, it will show you the Premium link to the store with the cost.

Click it and it will open up the Playstation Store, Click the orange Download button and it should begin to download.

Now you have premium installed!

Hopefully this works for you as I've been trying for days, where as other people have managed to buy it and use it right away!
