Before you start reading this I am on a PS3 and its not modded or tampered with...

Alright, so I load up the game and everything is working fine and how it is supposed to. Then when I join a game and spawn in my PS3 freezes and stops working so I have to shut it off and turn it back on. Its weird because I was just playing today and up to today and it was perfectly fine. Do you guys now a fix or is it just my PS3?

Ps.

I have already tried deleting the Saved Data, and Game Data Utility's and it still doesn't work... any help you guys can offer me would be great.

You can try taking out your hdd and cleaning the dust out

Every game or just BF4?

I had the same kind of problem but it was with BF3, all i did was clean the disc and that fixed it

ya i had the same problem with this to but it was with all games and i had to take my ps3 apart and clean the lasers

Battlefield games tend to freeze your ps3

Try deleting the game data, (NOT YOUR GAME SAVE FILE!!!) and try doing a fresh install and see if that fixes the problem.

This has happened to me also, the first couple days it worked just fine..
When i load a game it puts me in, but as soon as i pick a class i freeze.

Singleplayer works just fine, and it's not my PS3 because, it's brand new and it's the digital version.
(Also deleted it and re-downloaded the whole game)
