I wouldnt say the only/onliest person, I had my minecraft modded day one. Bring out your fav file manger cuz heres how. There are three places to easily add your mods. Go to your minecraft folder, then common then res, there you should find folders 1_2_2 and TitleUpdate. In common/res your terrain.png is the block textures. Use any version 1.2.5 x32 or x64 texurepack for pc and replace the terrain.png or edit in paint.net. Replace the terrain.png's in TitleUpdate and 1_2_2.(if your having trouble finding things prolly shouldnt be modding textures). There you have it custom textures. Now find the folder with char.png - char7.png and those are the default skins. Find one online or make one you like and replace, keeping the filename ofcourse. Now you got custom skins. I would suggest however to use one of the obscure ones to replace like workout steve or whatever, cuz just like pc anyone with default would ofcourse show up the same skin. and for mobs replace only the textures visible in each folder do not add. Be sure to replace in all 3 directories just to be safe. And for future reference if the ps3 version ever gets updated to include villager trading, 1.2.5 texture packs may nolonger work, in which case start with 1.3.0 pc textures instead.
