Is i possible to mod the common.rpf handling, weapons, ect. ? Every time i try i get the unlimited loading screen. Ive done everything right i believe and deleted all other text besides american. please help! thanks

You are sussposed to edit the update.img
found in hdd_o/game/usdir

Also, If you have the game its self Internal HDD, then thats why it dont work
GTA 4, is a pain in the ass. and must be booted from External HDD(Flash Drive(USB))
