It depends on the firmware you are using. If you are using a CEX you need to install the CCAPI pkg on your PS3 to connect. If you are using DEX then you use target manager but you need a debug eboot so it can attach. You can also use CCAPI on DEX but that is defeating the purpose of having a DEX. I use Rebug so I can swap between CEX and DEX. But rebug DEX can not go online and all my work with GT6 has been done in CEX mode. (I also have some custom tools I use)

Ok, so how do i install those programs on ps3? I copy them on an usb stick and it should appeare or how?

When you get the CCAPI (posted somewhere on this site) there is a .pkg file included. Just install that with 'Install Package Files' on your XMB just like any other package from your USB and run the app, then reboot and you are ready to go.
