To get the car just follow these steps.

• Make sure you have some money to buy cars with.
  
• Delete the game data installed on your PS3 with the 'Game Data Tool' (Not the save data)
  
• Start GT6 and let it install the updates to 1.05.
  
• Disconnect your PS3 from the internet.
  
• Do NOT do the in game updates.
  
• Go to the BMW dealership and buy as many Frozen Black Metallic M4 Coupes as you care for.
  
• Reconnect to the internet.
  
• Let the in game updates install.
  

You do not get a paint chip so the colour is exclusive to this car.

This will probably be patched with the 1.06 update so get them while they're hot, or frozen in this case.

how do we get it on cfw? i just tried this and the only one that came up was the BMW M4 Coupe Frozen Black Metallic

the paint kinda looks matte
but idk if it should say metallic

That is the car that I was talking about. Working from memory and forgot the word 'Metallic'. I'll edit the post to include it, thanks.
