Because your using a savegame that is not your own. Chances are the TOS wasn't accepted in the save game your using.

What I don't understand is why would you take a picture of a landscape monitor with a camera in portrait mode?

But ya it is not your save that's why.

I took the picture on my phone but anyways I got it to work I had changed my psn with your tool and forgot to change it back

Glad to hear you got it working.

Sorry about the picture comment it is just a pet peeve of mine when people don't turn their phone, comes from growing up with a photographer in the family.
