Gamers who are still on the fence about pre-ordering Destiny are going to have a chance to test out the game when the beta launches on July 17th. Originally, the beta was only going to be for users who pre-ordered the game, however Sony is now saying that anyone with a PlayStation + membership will be able to join in on the fun.

"Not only are we bringing you a great mix of games but there’s also the Destiny beta, which kicks off on 17th July exclusively on PlayStation. If you’re a PlayStation Plus member you will be able to fully experience Destiny and its incredible multiplayer. And if you’re not? Well, what are you waiting for, sign up now!"

So if you’re a PS+ member and you still haven’t found your destiny, you’ll get the chance to do so starting next month, only on PS4.

So I got my code (falsified pre-order from an exploit posted on here when you were able to secure codes) for the Alpha. All we should have to do is update the Alpha client and we're good huh?

I guess I should try the game, I didn't play the Alpha as it came out the same time Hardline did, so I was playing Hardline.

I feel bad for you cause hardline doesn't even look pr feel like a new game but the alpha was amazing except for the level cap being so low

Yay, perfect timing to keep me occupied until The Last of Us Remastered at the end of July.

I feel bad for myself, I wish I would've played the Alpha instead. I'm going to make sure I check out the Beta. Hopefully those who had the Alpha get something in the full game, it'd suck if I had to play it at least once. I did boot it up only to see the servers offline.
