Yes all you need is bruteforce to resign the save to your region and your golden.

It is is not a hack, it is yet another save file for you to use. Kind of like rep whoring but he is actually putting some game time into it.

There is already a save with 50 million and you get all the cars and you can go online with it and all you need is a little Bruteforce and you can do it buy yourself.
