1. BF4 Utilizes almost all of its Memory. The game uses very realistic graphics, or so it tries, whether or not you think the graphics are outstanding, DICE tried its hardest with the PS3, Plus the RSX isnt that powerful (You must login or register to view this content., and it isnt the greatest at being able to handle these graphics. When comparing BF4's Memory to CoD's memory, BF4 is almost triple the size in memory, making Addresses much harder to find since you have to search over triple the range.

2. BF4 is Server Hosted. Basically what this means is that Not all Data is stored in the games Memory, its being transferred between DICE's main server and the games servers, so things like Rank and Unlocks are virtually impossible to find a way to "hack/mod".

3. More people are working on CoD than BF4. For this comparison, I'm going to go back to the Memory of the two games, lets say we have 20 people lifting a pencil (CoD) Compared to 1 Person Lifting a Car (BF4), while its still possible, its just far more unlikely to happen.

4. Battlefield is at its prime, CoD is past its prime. It may just be me, but its seems like the community likes Battlefield titles more than CoD titles, so using that information, it leads me to think that People want to ruin CoD and not Battlefield, I may be wrong on that, but that is just what i have observed.

Lastly, If you want to try to find stuff, dont rely on other people, i know that we are a community, but we have Douches in this community, dont rely on other people, learn how to code/read PPC, since that is what EBOOTs are coded in, learn how to use Debugger, and maybe Code a little.
