Ok i fixed that problem just now getting stuck on loading screen so imma retry everything real quick

NVM! its back again. It wont install the game data. Someone please helppp

Are you both loading your backup from the internal harddrive? if so GTAIV/EFLC disk versions will only load from and external harddrive if loading from internal the game wont install its data and will just loop on a dimmed background.
