Post: Finally got the JDAM

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i recently got the JDAM bomb for the Attack Jet which is also the last unlock and i'm over the moon that i finally got it but it doesn't live up to my expectations.

First of all i thought the blast radius would be a little bigger than it is and i was kind of annoyed about that, secondly i'm not a big fan of the aiming system as it is the same as the mortar and i thought it might of been more like the way that the laser guided missile or the heavy bomber from china rising aims. And lastly, the damage to tanks is a bit poor i think. It takes 2 hits to deal 40 damage and the reload time gives the driver enough time to repair the tank back to max health.

Maybe i just need a bit more practice with it and it sure is fun dropping bombs on those annoying snipers every now and then Cool Troll

Yes the JDAM is a disappointment. There is no reason to use it at all. They were probably the only thing I was looking forward to in BF4 and well you saw what we got. I was hoping for a OHK to a tank, but with something like 90 damage on contact and the rest of the damage over time to make it fair by giving the driver/gunner a chance to get out and repair or run.

I have a friend who uses the JDAM a lot. Hell he recently got a ten piece and a biscuit(10 kills with one jdam) with one not that long ago. I've used it sparingly and it takes awhile to get used to, but once you've figured it out entirely it's a lot better than most people think. It actually got a radius buff a couple months back. In Flames Much?
I went against a guy using this on rush so deadly.
Myself little to no success aiming it, took me ages to get it unlocked.

No I am not going to watch your videos, especially on a flash only site. You are welcome to tell me all about it though.

It's not my video, it's the friend I was talking about that got the ten man kill with the JDAM.

I like the JDAM but i can't hit a barn door with it, then again i don't consider myself a good pilot yet, i seem to fly too high and too cautiously which ends up with some stealth jet getting behind me and then theres nothing i can do to shake them off and i get taken out.
