This is a thread of materials on the game that you can get/use :p
--The materials can be found by either chests, dismantling, and killing fallen.--

Spinmetal

This is likely to be the first resource you will encounter, found commonly on Earth both as plants growing from metal canisters but also from loot chests on the planet.

Helium Filaments

Found around the Moon, these will look like small piles of canisters with some glowing and shining yellow. Opening these "Helium Coils" will give you the Helium Filaments.

Spirit Bloom

Obtainable from Venus only, it can be found either through loot chests or from the environment. The locations to collect Spirit Bloom will be appear as a plant with a glowing teal aura floating next to said plant.

Relic Iron

Found on Mars, it can be found in random spots all around mars. It can be used to upgrade legendary and exotic weapons/gear.

Hadronic Essence

A dense lattice of exotic barynons and mesons, used as an infusion in Warlock fieldweave. Attained through dismantling uncommon or rarer Warlock-only gear and required for upgrading rare or higher Warlock gear.

Sapphire Wire

Much like the Hadronic Essence, this is the Hunter's version, gained from dismantling uncommon or rarer hunter-only gear, used in the same way as the above.

Weapon Parts

Recieved when dismantling uncommon or rarer weapons. These are required for upgrades to weapons with rarity of rare or higher.

On collection, the resource will begin to glow for any other players that are near, signalling for them to collect them. Collecting 50 of any of these resources can be useful, and can be traded in to the Vanguard Quartermaster, Roni 55-30, in the Tower Hangar for a reward of Vanguard Reputation, Experience points and some Glimmer.

The items gained from dismantling gear are necessary for upgrading higher-rarity gear.
