I have to admit this is a pretty neat trick and will work if the chest spawns nearby not just that general area in the video but the hassle is that if someone else is in the area and you open the chest it will spawn somewhere else and due to the fact this is the beginning area for the devil lair strike doesn't help the case. Either way great find if you're farming when no one else is on.
