EDIT:: Disregard. I read that the bluetooth in the controllers can mess up the download (sounds weird) but it worked! I also made sure my internet wasn't being heavily used.. Sorry for the useless Thread :/

Turned off controller to fix? How exactly did you do it in case somebody else gets stuck at the same place

Haha that does sounds like a weird fix for the problem,glad its working for you tho.

I turned the controller off and my computer wifi so nothing else was downloading. It seemed very very far fetched but it worked and im thankful. I read it on a comment from a youtube video.
