If i would get banned would it be cid banned or just profile banned?

You should be fine to use cfw on bf4 I use mine on there and have never been banned

yes it's totally safe, ive been playing for more than a year of bf4 on cfw without even using any of psnpatch / psninja yet never got banned

Me too been playing for more than a year but never got banned but you never know .

and in brief you are never safe on CFW .

This is like ghosts and AW if you want to be 99.9% safe remove cfw syscalls and delete history.
