-Decrpyt your PROFILE save using Bruteforce save data.
-Open the decrypted rage.sav in any hex editor and edit the offset at 0x00000209
-Delete the old rage.sav and re-encrypt.
-Transfer save back over to PS3.

I don't see how this works. I guess the value is now stored locally ever since the GameSpy servers were replaced with Sony Matchmaking. Correct me If i'm wrong.
