UPDATE: DEX EBOOT gives a 80029519 error. So I use the CEX EBOOT on DEX.

I'm not sure how to do that. But if your stuck on 1.16 just use a fixed EBOOT from this section for 1.16 CEX & load it up then you'll receive 1.17 Smile

Then use the CEX EBOOT on this thread if you get a 8001009 error.
