I've just Download Destiny to PS3.
I've download the Compatibility Packs and updated the game to v1.25.

When I enter the game I'm asked to log in at my PSN, what I do.
After that a loading screen appears and after a few seconds I get this message:
"Destiny Servers are not available.
For more information, visit help.bungie.net"

My PSN is not banned because I can log in with no problems, so why do I receive this message?

i waited a few seconds and than it let me play

I would just wait a few minutes and if that doesn't work just reload the game.
