Honestly, I don't know how to assess the value of steam accounts but if I were to give a fair assessment I'd say you'd be lucky to get like $30. However, do note that when you do plan on selling your account on ngu if you have to be Elite.

I know you've got to be Elite as I use to be an active Member.
I've seen level 10 Accounts go for 100.00 as it's the comp level people look for.
I'm the highest you can get which is 'The Global Elite' and my account has over 25k kills on it.
All my stats are high as it was used a smurf account to spray all them new noobs to Counter-Strike. :p
